Accredited Investors

Kunlun Capital Pte Ltd is an exempt fund manager under Singapore regulations¹. We are not regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). To fulfill certain requirements, we accept only accredited investors.

Accredited investors must:

1. be individuals that have net personal assets of more than S$2 Million², or
2. have had income in the previous 12 months greater than S$300,000², or
3. be corporations that have net assets of more than S$10 Million².

In addition, we require corporations' investors to be accredited investors.
